Position Summary
We are looking for two driven and customer-focused Business Development Executives to represent our company in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. As the face of our brand, you will meet directly with pre-qualified leads, showcase our product through engaging demonstrations, and guide prospects through the entire sales journey. If you are a closer who takes pride in not just winning deals but also ensuring a flawless delivery experience for the client, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
Client Meetings: Travel to meet with designated prospects and key decision-makers (leads and target contacts will be provided by our team).
Product Demonstrations: Deliver clear, compelling, and tailored product demos that address the specific needs of the prospective client.
Sales & Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with prospects after the initial meeting to answer queries, negotiate terms, and successfully close the sale.
End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the post-sale process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth, timely delivery and implementation of the product for the client.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in your designated region.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
Language Skills:
For West Bengal: Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
For Tamil Nadu: Fluency in Tamil and English.
Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Drive: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within your assigned state to meet clients.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Good Communication and Persuasion skills.

- Additional languages - Bengali or Tamil
- Strong Persuasion skills.
